We start by understanding the room, the people, and what success needs to feel like.

We shape the system and show flow together, with the event experience and the on-stage experience both in mind.

Prepare

Gear, crew, cueing, and contingency planning are aligned early so show day feels controlled, not rushed.

Execute

On site, the team moves as one: communicating clearly, supporting quietly, and keeping the event smooth.

We close the loop with the same care we opened it with, from strike through delivery and debrief.

The People Behind the Production

We know each other's strengths. We know how to communicate under pressure. We know when to step in, when to support, and when to solve a problem before anyone else notices it. Meet the Crew

Production Manager

Bob Sanders

Bob coordinates equipment, logistics, and staff to make sure everything is where it needs to be, on time. A key member of our on-site A-team, he often leads our most important events. His superpower is thinking through complex production plans and asking the right questions, giving the team every detail it needs to succeed. In his spare time, Bob is a renowned touring musician, performing with ensembles ranging from Balkan supergroups to flamenco dance productions.

Technical Director

Enej Huseinbegovic

Enej engineers the AV flow of each event. He configures the right equipment and technology to meet every event objective, while keeping the team current on the latest tools and innovations. Enej’s superpower is handling event-day surprises with a calm, positive, problem-solving presence—and a sense of humor that makes client interactions smooth and easy. When he’s not working, Enej enjoys listening to hip-hop, traveling, and creating visual art.

Video Director

Oleg Boichenko

Oleg is an experienced AV technician with a special focus on video capture and display. A talented photographer and videographer, he collaborates closely with the Technical Director on all video matters. Oleg’s superpower is his ability to adapt and solve problems under pressure. When he’s not working, Oleg enjoys cooking Russian food and producing music with his wife.

Sales and Talent Manager

Dan Rosenbach

Dan recruits and develops the artists and technical staff who consistently deliver above and beyond. He responds to event inquiries and gathers the key details that help us deliver exactly what our clients expect. Dan’s superpower is representing the team and talent roster passionately to the outside world. When he’s not working, Dan is playing golf and listening to classic rock—loud.
